Hi Sarah, thanks for your interest for Natural Cotton Products. Yes, the inner filling used for all our products is cotton and not polyester. Tpyes of fillings indicates the amount of the cotton filled, some might prefer softer filling or firmer filling, standard filling is a moderate filling which suits most of our customers.
